If you aren’t completely satisfied with your Wrapped to Wear item, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned must be in original condition, in original packaging and must be unaltered. Please include the original receipt with your item. Exchanges are offered on a case by case basis and when offered are only in the form of a store credit. Note that ‘sale’ items and custom ordered pieces are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned. We will repair your Wrapped to Wear piece for as long as you own it. Most repairs are free of charge, however, we reserve the right to impose a fee for repairs due to damage and/or alteration outside normal wear and tear.
